    When will my order be shipped from the warehouse?

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), subject to stock availability.
    Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number.
    We aim to respect the stated preparation and shipping times. However, during peak periods or due to exceptional circumstances, delays may occur.

     

    What are the delivery times?

    Orders are estimated to be delivered within 4–12 business days after shipment.
    In some cases, delivery may take up to 21 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
    Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions or other external factors.

     

    How much is delivery?

    Shipping costs $4.95 on all orders.

     

    Can this item be shipped to my country?

    Click on the flag icon at the top right of our homepage and select your delivery country.
    Select the item you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout.
    If there are shipping restrictions or if we are unable to ship the product to your country, you will not be able to complete the payment.

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
    You can follow the progress of your delivery using the tracking link provided in this email.

    Where can I receive my order?

    Your order can be delivered to the address of your choice (home or professional address).

    Can I pick up my order in store?

    No. We currently do not offer in-store pickup.

    Can you delay my delivery?

    Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to intercept or modify the delivery.
    In the event of non-delivery, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
    Please note that this process may take several weeks.
    A refund will be issued once the package has been returned to our warehouse.

    Can I combine the shipping costs for multiple orders?

    Once orders have been placed, they cannot be combined into a single shipment.
    Each order is processed and shipped separately.
